Payment Methods: 

I accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, cash or check.  E-Gift Certificates available! 

Reservations:
In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, I recommend scheduling your appointment at least a week or two in advance in order to ensure availability. My schedule varies week to week. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. I hold this information as part of our cancellation policies and only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. Details of our cancellation policy are provided below. 

Cancellation/Late Policies and Fees:
Your treatment sessions are reserved especially for you. I value your business very much and ask that you please respect my scheduling policies and my time. Although I do not require a deposit when booking an appointment, a card is needed on file to reserve your spot. Your card will not be charged until the end of your appointment, unless you have another preferred method of payment (Cash or Zelle are also accepted).

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellation or reschedule made within less than 48 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointment without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

You will be reminded of your appointment 3 days prior to your service to give you the opportunity to confirm, cancel or make changes to your appointment.

Clients arriving 15+ min late may need to be rescheduled and may be charged a fee for the scheduled service.  

Setting these policies is paramount to the success of my business. Please understand that this is my job and how I provide for my family. When you miss an appointment or cancel last minute, I do not only lose your valued business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, I function on a "by appointment only"  status and will have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons, we are appreciate your understanding in needed to make up for the lost time and revenue. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card  to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their desired method of payment.  

Prices and Services:
Pricing for services may vary depending on the customization of each service. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur, but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. 

Check in:
I ask that you please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. I will do my best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other clients. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.  Depending on the service booked, if you are more than 15 min late, it may be necessary to fully reschedule your appointment for a later date. See cancellation policy above.

Contraindications:

A contraindication is a medical condition or factor that can deem a client ineligible for a particular treatment.  In order to ensure client health safety, you are required to fill out a medical history form before your first treatment. If upon review of your history we find you are not a candidate for your scheduled treatment, we may recommend another treatment route. Please feel free to call or email any questions about medical conditions or potentially contraindicated medications before your scheduled treatment.  

Refunds:

All skin care treatments, laser and skincare packages, skin care products and gift certificates are non-refundable.  All sales are final.
